An office space that expands your business tenfold

As part of the relocation project of EUCALIA, which is developing a wide range of businesses in the medical industry such as hospital management support, each business department that was operated in separate offices on one floor gathered together.

In planning the office for this super-growing company, we designed an office for further business expansion based on the three pillars of growth potential, sustainability, and reliability.

First, we incorporated the team building of a professional sports team as a growth possibility.
Instead of having each business division gather in the same space, we have created a mechanism that leads to a giant killing zone where 120% of the power is demonstrated by shifting individual gatherings of ``groups'' into ``teams'' that are oriented toward the same goal. established.
In order to increase the quantity and quality of communication, we have placed a variable communication core in the center of the office, which can gather from small groups that can speak freely to large groups that share a common purpose.

Next, we gave the space flexibility that can be changed according to the company's growth and social conditions as a way of survivability.
We enclose a space that we do not want to show, such as office equipment, with a wall, and place these boxes of various sizes on the wall side.
The amount of walls increases due to the enclosed space rather than the open space, not only hiding the function It was used as a mechanism to enhance the sense of belonging and design, depending on the amount of wall.
In addition, by creating a slanted wire that connects the boxes, it moves people's eyes and induces communication.

Maximize corporate branding in the office space to create credibility.
As the number of telework increases due to COVID-19 and the number of opportunities to go to work decreases, a diverse workspace can embody corporate culture and give workers and visitors a sense of belonging. The amount of walls increased by the BOX is used as a branding wall to express the corporate image and slogan as graphics.
