OFFICE SPACE THAT WILL EXPAND THE BUSINESS TENFOLD
As part of a relocation project for Eucalia, which operates a wide range of businesses in the medical industry, including hospital management support, all business departments that had been operating in separate offices on one floor were brought together under one roof. In planning the office for a tremendously growing company, we designed an office that would help further expand its business, focusing on three pillars: growing potential, sustainability, and reliability.
First, we incorporated team building from professional sports teams as a growth possibility.
With each business division gathered in the same space, we created a transformative "Victory Zone" where individuals can exceed their limits and achieve unparalleled success. With each business division gathered in the same space, we designed a mechanism to turn individual "groups" into cohesive "teams," all focused on a shared goal. This synergy leads to extraordinary performance, allowing everyone to tap into their full potential. To elevate communication quality, we incorporated flexible meeting areas in the heart of the office, from small, casual discussions to large, goal-driven assemblies.
To foster an environment where communication flourishes, we've established a versatile communication hub at the office's heart. This central space accommodates everything from intimate group discussions to larger team meetings, ensuring that everyone can connect freely and purposefully toward shared objectives.
To embody sustainability, we designed the space with flexibility in mind, allowing it to adapt to the company's growth and changing social circumstances. We strategically placed enclosed areas to conceal office equipment, providing a seamless look. This approach not only hides functionality but also creates additional wall space, enhancing both a sense of belonging and the overall design aesthetic-Functional yet stylish.
Angling the lines that connect the boxes creates dynamic visual pathways, guiding the eye and naturally fostering communication. Corporate branding within the office is enhanced to build trust and instill a sense of belonging.
With increased teleworking due to COVID19, having a diverse workspace that embodies corporate culture is crucial. The additional wall space createdby the boxes serve as branding walls, displaying company images and slogans.
This, combined with the highdesign quality and variety of workspaces, enhances employee satisfaction and acts as a powerful recruitment tool.
