A MANSION SPACE THAT FEELS LIKE A HOTEL
Yoyogi Uehara low-rise housing complex renovation plan.
The existing two rooms are converted into one room, adding extraordinaryness to the living and dining space, which plays a central role.
A custom-made large L-shaped sofa that fits the space, and a dining bench that looks like a hotel daybed that utilizes the constraints of the existing wall.
The continuous space of living room + dining room + kitchen becomes the main character of the house and encourages the act of gathering together for families who have had many opportunities to spend time individually. Although the whole is simple, we are particular about details such as molding and brass joints, The designed semi-order luxury plumbing gives you a feeling of luxury like a hotel.
By using the same marble as the kitchen counter, which was purposefully left in the new design, we have created an affinity while respecting the history of this house with the client.
